We have a 14-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request an exchange or return.

Exchanges

We are happy to provide exchanges for all products provided we have them in stock. You can either purchase a new item and we will return your return or you can email us and let us know what you would like to exchange your return for. If we do not have your desired item in stock, we will issue you a full refund for the original order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages

Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please note that as our products as manufactured using traditional block printing, there is a chance that there are imperfections in the print - this is completely normal and authentic to the craft.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is eligible for return, unused and in its original packing, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
